FAQs
How soon can I book my event?:
We have booked events as far as 2 years out. We are first come, first serve. so securing your date 6 months to 1 year from the event date is recommended. Events booked 2 months or less before the event date are subject to incur a rush fee of 15% depending on your event details.

Is There a Travel Fee?:
We are a traveling service who is transporting loaded materials and supply for your event. Our team is paid by distance along with other factors. We consider this crucial to our business and your understanding is much appreciated. Our pricing increases with mileage:

What are the Deposit Terms?:
​
To reserve your event date and time preferred, we require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit $250.00 or $500, depending on scope of your event. Custom-themed events, large events, or parties additions may require a larger deposit and will be communicated at the outset of your event consultation.

When is the Final Payment Due?:
​
Final balances are due 14 days prior to your event and will be based upon your final headcount. Our office will send you an invoice reminder via email prior to your due date. Failure to remit any final balances owing will result in the possible cancellation of your event or addition of fees.

What if there is Inclement Weather?
​
In the event of inclement weather, serious illness, or other unforeseen emergencies, epidemics and/or pandemic, we reserve the right to cancel any event and offer an alternative party date. If inclement weather is in the forecast within 72 hours (or less) of event, we will provide list of event venues that may be able to accommodate.

What Happens on the Day of My Event?
​
For most events, we require a minimum of 2 hours for event setup. This ensures proper time for unloading materials, setup and walk through before your guests arrive. Breakdown typically takes 1 hour or less, depending on the scale of your event. Additional time for setup may be needed for events over 125 guests. This information will be solidified at time of consultation and or contract. Our goal is to always finish event setup at least 25-30 minutes before each event to allow time for photographer, or any early guests. We do ask that guests do not enter work zone prematurely for safety reasons, and we also want to present our best to accommodate them.

Do You Stay for My Party ?
​
Only if you want us to! For a fee, we are happy to assist with your event flow, however, we are an Event Design team, and are in place for the design and aesthetics of your celebration. This means that we come in to set the atmosphere with the visual details, i.e.-signage, décor, tablescapes, backdrops, balloons, candles, etc. We are fully capable to assist with greeting and serving during your event.

It is highly recommended that in your planning phase, you consider and select 1-2 hosts/hostesses for your celebration and possibly a DJ or assigned person who can emcee. This helps maintain order and flow for your event itinerary.
